Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate Mafadi Studio with no risk before spending a cent. We want you to be confident before you pay.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Standard plan features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you decide Mafadi Studio is not right for you, simply do nothing — your account will revert to the Free Plan at the end of the trial period and you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Plans

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Annual Plans

Annual Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, contact us at support@mafadistudio.com and we will issue a full refund. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though you may cancel to prevent renewal.

AI Insight Packs

AI Insight Packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once purchased. Unused insights never expire and remain in your account balance indefinitely.

3. Exceptions — When We Will Refund

We will issue a refund outside of the above terms if:

You were charged in error due to a billing system fault on our side
You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription
The Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our side

In any of these cases please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

In-app: Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
By email: support@mafadistudio.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again and your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund where eligible under this policy:

Email us at support@mafadistudio.com
Include your account email address and the reason for your request
We will respond within 2 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through Paddle, our payment processor

6. Licence Removal

If you remove a user licence from your account, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining period of a removed licence.
